Permanent and Temporary Recruitment

Now, we don’t want to sound like a ‘Jack-of-all-Trades’, but our services expertise really is VERY broad including: recruitment of permanent and temporary employees as well as executive search on a retainer and or contingency module.

Employee Recruitment

Permanent recruitment involves bringing in full time employees that are expected to work and grow with the company.

These employees are fully on the payroll of the company and are liable to all the benefits the company is expected to provide by law including tax relief, sick pay, pension entitlements and so on.

The placement fee, (which is negotiable), will be based on an employee’s annual Cost to Company remuneration. The fee structure is exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at 15%. RR being the only recruitment / hiring agency within the South African Borders offering a 6 month guarantee period on all permanent placed employees of our Clients.

Fixed Term Temporary
Employee Recruitment

A fixed term contract is exactly what the name implies. It is a contract which runs from one specified date to another specified date.

Upon the second date being realized, the contract (and thus the employment relationship) is terminated and the employee joins the ranks of the unemployed.

This applies when the candidate is on the Client's payroll. The Client will then be responsible to pay the necessary statutory requirements and a Contract between the Candidate and the Client will be signed.

Executive Search

Working on a retained basis means that we will charge an upfront fee (to the client) to conduct a search.

We will operate on an exclusivity basis, meaning the job will only be filled through our company. We will work very closely with you, the client and we will use an agreed methodology to find the best candidate for the job. The process is timeous within an agreed time frame, with a shortlist of candidates from three to six names that will then be presented before interviews commence.

Executive Search

A standard fee applies only when a qualified candidate is successfully placed for the position in question.

Rakkgalakane Recruitment has a sliding contingency fee that is linked to the pay grade of a candidate and the fee is only payable on the commencement date of the candidate.
